Metronome

Jason and I frequently run past the metronome in Letna Park. The metronome is very large and replaced the giant statue of Stalin. We never saw the metronome running in the winter but since summer began I have noticed that is was painted and it is regularly working. Of course it doesn't really matter if it is on or not but since we went so long without seeing it on I feel like I have seen something special. I look forward to that part of my run...will it be on or won't it?.
